Can I connect hearing aids to tv with this unit null

I'm not familiar with hearing aids but any kind of Bluetooth device should be able to work

Yes, providing your hearing aids are A2DP profile compatible. Some hearing aids are not and require different types of Bluetooth units. Just be sure to turn Bluetooth off on any phones or tablets that you may have connected your aids to. This is so the phone does not interfere with the Aluratek unit trying to make a connection.
