“I have a new 50" VIZIO SMART TV on my home WI-FI. I have a new ACE BAYOU XROCKER GAMING SEAT. Per directions I need to hook chair speaker system to Audio output on TV. I bought a 3.5 mm male to female adapter & still no connection. Any suggestions????”

make sure to power on chair and check audio output in the tv menu.
