• I have this on a non-Bluetooth tv and it indeed makes it Bluetooth capable. I have mine hooked up through the optical port, so I just mute the tv and use Bluetooth headphones. You can’t adjust the volume from the tv remote, but this would be able to transmit the audio signal out to Bluetooth headphones or speakers.

• Yes, I bought this product to broadcast TV audio to my son’s gaming chair. He is hard of hearing so this was a great buy. I actually think you may be able to connect two devices.
