Please try to reset ABCD54F by press and hold the "+" button for 7 seconds until you see the Tx an Rx both flash once. Once it is reset, it will default to pairing mode status. Please also check that it is set to Tx mode for the switch on the side.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is very difficult because of the nature of the AirPods design. It took a long time to sync with the tv. What i did was unplug the power from the tv, the bluetooth tx/rx and left the AirPods out of the case. Then plugged the tv, tx/rx back in and put the pods back into the charger case. Just to be sure of reset i pushed the + and - at the same time on the bluetooth device for at least ten seconds. Ohh also make sure your connected to the optical port of the transmitter and the tv. Also make sure your tv setting is on optical device. Now here is the tricky part. Push and hold the sync button on the transmitter until TX blinks constantly and release. Then while both AirPods are in keep double tapping the right AirPods and after each double tap wait for 5 seconds to see if it connects. Repeat this process of double tapping until the pods are in sync. It unfortunately took many times for them to eventually sync but was well worth it. You also after multiple times trying this may have to complete the unplug and reset of all three units. Its difficult because there is no readout that the unit is talking with the AirPods. If your still having issues the bluetooth transmitter company has great customer service help. I used them for another issue. Good luck!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First, have you set the ALURATEK to TX to make it a transmitter? Second, you could have too many items paired and you need to turn them off or reset the ALURATEK to remove past pairings.
