A:AnswerI don't know. It works with my Bose QEII headphones and a pair of cheap ear buds, which is standard blue tooth. If the hearing aids are on a special frequency they probably won't work. Best thing to do is ask your hearing specialist and the Geek Squad guys.
A:AnswerThe device does not have RCA jacks on it, so I don't think there is any way to make it work. Near as I can tell this device does just the opposite of what you are wanting to do. Check with the folks at the Best Buy store to see if they have any ideas.
