Yes. This TV box acts as a converter for your antenna. You need a decent to good indoor digital antenna that connects to the back of our box (RF-In). Then connect the box to your TV with HDMI cable, or with the Red, White, and Yellow cable and set your TV to that INPUT. Now just run your channel scan and you can see your local channels.
