It's like they want you to buy a new tv, right? My first one lasted about 3 years, but with quirks - the "best" trick being turning itself off. I would unplug and replug and it would reboot. Eventually I had to replace it. I chose a different brand available on a major e-retailer. That one lasted less than a year. I bought another Aluratek, that one _seemed_ to work the same, with the same quirks, but had a new one: while trying to remove unwatched stations from the rota on the options, it began scrolling the image in the submenu, and never stopped, ever, despite unplugging from both tv and power. If I could find a better option (the original Insignia brand converter box purchased in 2009 lasted about 12 years!) I would buy it.

Just take a snapshot photo of the receipt and attach that to the email you send us. Be sure to include the model number (ADTB01F) and a description of what happened. We will send you an RMA number and form so you can send this unit back for a new replacement.
