“Hooked up, scanned and was working but then I fiddled with some settings.Changed country to USA & turned antenna power on. Now tv is snow & shows No Sync. Can hear TV. Menu will not display. How do I turn off antenna power or set back to factory settings?”

You can’t. It’s garbage. It’s an out of sync piece of junk
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need to tap on the menu button on the remote. Go into settings for the antenna and turn antenna power off. That is only if you have a power amplifier connected to the antenna. You can also try to reset the Tv Box. Contact [email protected] for more assistance.
