What do you mean "work with?" This unit converts outside antenna signals to work with older non digital tvs. You do not need this box IF your Element tv has a digital tuner, which 99% of modern digital tvs do. However, if you want to record one channel and watch another, this will work, not exactly as it is promoted on the box, but can be hooked up to do that but the hookup would be complicated!
