try removing usb and thru menu setup and format usb if it does not work may have a failing drive may need to replace
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It could be a few things. Check the USB thumb drive. We recommend 32GB cards and no larger. The memory could have been corrupted. I sometimes recommend inserting the USB drive into your computer, back up your files, then reformat the card to FAT32. The other thing you can try is to reset the TV Box. Tap menu on the remote, tab over to System, go to reset and enter 6 zeroes to begin the reset.
