I am using a SanDisk - Ultra 256GB USB 3.1 Flash Drive with no issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used a 128gb SanDisk USB 3.0 flash drive and it works fine for PVR (TV recording). The recorder saves the recording as .mts files. I first formatted it to FAT32 in the recorder per the USB flash drive and HDD compatibility chart on the bottom of page 15. Some reviews say 256gb works. So the limit may be quite high. It doesn’t say in the specifications. I think the 64gb limit on page 14 of my manual refers ONLY to playing multimedia Music and Movie file types marked with * and not Photos. The 64gb confused me too till I read a few of the reviews.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.64GB max
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The manual says 64GB is max. I didn't try larger. The Thumb drive has to be formatted FAT32.
