“I use the converter on am old analog JVC tv, however I get a great picture but no sound. When the converter is not turned on, the TV has sound. Please help... Thanks”

• If you are using the RCA connection, please make sure that you connect them to the input ports on the TV.

• Check the sound button on the converter box and your AV connections. You may need to change the audio selection on your TV, if you have the option to do so.
