Do you have to purchase a hd antenna? null

I'm not sure if you have too. I do have rabbit ears for my TV. You might, if you live out in the country. I live on the outskirts of the town & sometimes the channels don't always come in clear.

Yes you must have an HD antenna. It will not record what you are streaming.
