Yes. A replacement remote is $10 (U.S.) and $20 (Canada). Contact Aluratek at [email protected]. We can send you a form to fill out for your order, or you can call us at 866.580.1978 and we can take the order over the phone. You cannot use the TV box with a universal remote.

However, I contacted them a few years ago because there were two different types of remotes depending on when/where the box was purchased. They were not interchangeable as far as I could determine. I have had some luck with programming a universal remote, but it has not worked as well as the original. Good luck!
