“Is this box coded to receive specific channels? I had another box (different brand) I used for a while then it broke down so I purchased another one (Same brand) then suddenly the new box is not giving me the same Spanish Channels. Is your box coded?”

Ours is not coded for specific channels. But we cannot get it to record. We get it set up, it says it's set to record, then we can't find the recording. Even though a hard drive is inserted, it's not recognizing it. No help from Best Buy yet.
