Normally you would tap the MENU button on the remote control to exit. If it's froze then try turning the TV Box off. You may have to unplug the unit as well. Typically the box will freeze if you are using an outdoor antenna. That box is only designed for an indoor antenna. Contact support@aluratek.com for more assistance.
