• Mine died in less than 6 weeks. I had to send it back to Aluratek (at my expense) since the 30 day return window had passed. AWFUL product. AWFUL customer service (they were very rude). AWFUL company.

• If you are having issues please contact our tech support at [email protected]. We use the box in our office all the time and love it. It is for Over The Air channels only but has some other very nice features. I have some tips that would help if you need them.
