No this is a receiver only not a transmitter you want the Aluratek - Bluetooth Audio Receiver and Transmitter

This is an input to connect a Bluetooth device. It does not work as an output to connect a speaker. Just used for media only. I hope this helps.

Your 8 track will need an audio output with 3.5mm or RCA connectors.
