No. Bluetooth Receivers are for receiving audio from a cell phone, tablet, or computer. You need a Bluetooth Transmitter for sending to headphones, earbuds, or BT speakers. Take that one back and get the ABT05F or the ABC01F. The later can transmit and receive. To transmit you put it in TX mode.
