Yes to the iPad headphone port but no to using multiple headsets. You can buy an adaptor that will have a !/4" male to 2 1/4" female ports so you can go old school earbuds for both of you to listen to the same movie. That's what my wife and I do on flights to watch a movie...unless it's a chick flick then....well you know the rest of the answer!! :-)
