Probably not. This is best for computer to TV. Each dongle has an HDMI connection and phones do not have HDMI connections. Our Streamcast Mobile may be able to do what you are asking about. The Mobile version has USB-C. So if you phone has that then that should work. So get the Streamcast Mobile and give it a try. You get a 30-day return period if you buy directly from us. I think Amazon is the same. Best Buy might be only 14 day return period. Contact [email protected] for more info.
