• Yes, both types of Bluetooth Headsets we make that come with boom mic (ABHS02F, ABHM100F) come with USB charging. The USB dongle that comes with both units is only needed if your computer does not have Bluetooth built in. The units work with Windows or Mac OS and can be used in a call center depending on the type of software used. Always check with your employer first.
