I had Best Buy's Geek Squad install it because I believe you lose the store's warranty if you don't have them install it, and they hauled away my old dishwasher. This was useful because I live in a condo full of elevator rules. Also, I never would've been able to install it myself. It turns out my old plumbing needed some work before the dishwasher could be installed.
