“This washer was delivered today; on the 1st cycle, a pillow case got stuck under the agitator, and the machine shut off. I was able to release the pillow case, but now the washer won’t function. The tub seems very wobbly within the machine. What gives?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this problem one time. once I pulled the small towel out from under the agitator. I unplugged the machine to let it reset and pushed the cancel button, open the lid and close the lid and started over. Set the machine on auto sense/Normal and let it run, that should fix the problem. As I have answered others on here today, plus given my own rating on this machine under "carol" please read those too. I love this machine but start from reading the instructions and go from there. With the auto sense button it makes it easy to run and the machine does all the work. But the instructions are very important to understand the mechanics of this machine. once you do that your gold!! Good luck
