“Help! we just had this washer installed today and I have tried to get it to work. It is currently set to auto sense and the casual cycle. The light indicates that is is sensing fill and then it moves to wash and the machine does nothing after that.”

Hello newwasher! We are terribly sorry to hear about your concern. We would recommend resetting the Washer from the circuit breaker for at least 5 minutes. If you need further assistance we would recommend contacting Amana at 866-616-2664. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8 AM - 8 PM and Wednesday through Friday 9 AM - 7 PM. They will be better able to assist you.
