Hi Willtesta, we do apologize greatly to hear you are experiencing this. We recommend unplugging the Washer for at least a minute or turning the circuit breaker off to reset it. If that does not work we would recommend you calling into Amana's call center at 800-253-1301 for troubleshooting or schedule service. We are open Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 8am-4:30pm Eastern Standard Time.
