Please try again later.Sometimes there is a button, or catch under/connected with the lid of top loading washers, and this may not be depressed properly when the lid is closed, and this MAY be preventing the washer from spinning. I don't know if this is the case with your washer. It is a safety feature, to prevent the basket from spinning when the lid is open, so people don't reach in & injure themselves. Check by the lid hinges & all around the surface where the lid would contact the frame when it is closed. Otherwise - complain loudly to the Bet Buy guys!
