• They delivered but did not install. I was under the impression they would do both but I read the fine print on an email that stated otherwise. There might be an option for an install that I missed when checking out, but I don't know if it's free or not

• I received free delivery and installation for the washer that I purchased. When I purchase the dryer I will also get free delivery and installation. And The delivery agents were fantastic.
