“I have the ntw4516fw3 version and I noticed that the center agitator rotates back and forth very slowly. It doesn't seem to pull down the clothes floating on top very well. Is it supposed to rotate so slowly? Thanks.”

AmanaCare gave me a link to their facebook page and it's full of stuff about food. Could not find one thing about washers, etc. Where would I even post a question there? I am not going near twitter ever again, since it's run by an absolute sociopath. Got a better option for help?
