“My lid on the washer is stuck in a position that will not close properly, and the lock lid light stays on consistently. Im assuming this preventing the machine in starting a new cycle. Like a sensor was worn or broken, what can I do please.”

Hello Buck. We would recommend that you reset the Washer from the circuit breaker for at least 5 minutes. If you need further assistance please call 866-616-2664. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8 AM - 8 PM and Wednesday through Friday 9 AM - 7 PM. They will be better able to assist you.
