This is my second washer. The first one and this one will not go thru the cycles. It goes to wash and no further. If i want to rinse clothes or finish a cycle i have to do it by turning the knob. I hope this is not what i have to do with every load. null

Same situation here. It is a piece of crap and what a waste of money it was. Never in my life have I had a problem like this with any washer I have owned. GRRRRR

I have the same issues with my Amana washer and it is very frustrating. I wish they would post an answer so everyone can get an answer. It's counter productive to answer to each individual privately.
