Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Buy the afresh tablets from Walmart for $9.99 Five tablet use one table on the afresh wash cycle to clean your machine. Do this once a month. You can also use 1 cup of bleach instead of the tablet. Also, you should be using HE detergent.

Please try again later.the washer was placed wrong, no balance. i had the same issue when they delivered mine and I called them back to reset the balance of the machine, if off balance the machine will shake wildly. also they damaged my machine when they brought it into my house. the only reason i did not send it back that day is because we were behind in washing clothes. i brought this up with the person i spoke to on the phone and i took pictures from that day.
