Please try again later.I had that happen once in my case apparently pausing and or someone trying to open it when it says locked is not ideal and when I paused mine I'm guessing I over pushed the button .I unplugged it for 15 min and havent had an issue.but unplugging it is like a soft reset on your phone...technology gotta love it.
