I just had the Amana 3.5 Cu. Ft. washer installed. It shakes and bangs during the spin cycle. I have checked to ensure 1) that the machine is level, and 2) there are no load-balancing issues. Is shaking and banging normal for this machine on spin cycle? null

No! Either ur clothes ain't level or u got a bad one

Best Buy replaced the original machine, which seems to have been defective. The new one does not bang on the spin cycle.
