Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Lid lock switch failing or motherboard issues. Recommend holding the cycle switch until completely off. Unplug unit. Replug unit. Fill some towels 3-4 should do. Start cycle with lid clothes from the beginning. Let it run. Do not attempt to open lid or change the cycle. If it doesn't complete the whole process, it most likely has a motherboard electronic system failure. For best results, please read all the operating information carefully for unique instructions.
