“Have one of these 2 years old. Yesterday, I started a wash, then opened the lid. The machine then emptied water and would not stop trying to pump out water even though none was left. Only unplugging it stops it. No LEDs are on. What to do?”

I called this number and found you are just supposed to let the machine try to pump water, even if there is none to pump, for several minutes, and then it will stop. It did pump for several minutes, then stopped. Everything seems fine. Thanks for the advice.
