“I am new to an HE washer and I am used to a rinse cycle filling the tub with water. When on the water sensing mode I hear very little water, not visible in the tub, being used on the rinse cycle. Is this normal for my washer ? Thanks !!”

Yes..... it only puts what water is needed that's y it turns and weighs when it starts
