• I had to pay for installation and the new hose, but they did haul my broken washer away....I think all of that was less than $60.00. I would’ve had pay someone else to install it so I think it was a fair lprice!

• They offer free delivery. If you want it installed you have to add the new hoses that they only give you a choice for $29. And you could purchase a geek squad protection program for 3 years or 5 years 5 years being $114 I opted to get because anything goes wrong it will pay for itself just read the manual it is not like the older machines.
