• Hi JB, the NTW4516FW's Rinse & Spin cycle will use a spray rinse We suggest you add your fabric softener with the accessory Fabric Softener Dispenser or it be added during the final rinse, you should also select a water level + Extra Rinse so the extra rinse will properly work with your fabric softener additive.
