will they haul the old washer away? null

While they say they will haul away the old washer, my experience is that NO they will not. The person who was to take away my old washer dumped it on my neighbor's drive instead of taking it away. I would not trust them to take anything away based upon my experience. Make sure you check to make sure they install it correctly too. My hoses were installed in reverse, cold was hot, hot was cold. Had to have someone come back out to fix that. The hoses were fixed, but the city had to come and remove the old machine, Best Buy took too long to come out. Neighbor was not pleased!!

I believe haul-away is part of the delivery charge.

We had them deliver our new washer and pick up the old one. I think it was 100 dollars.

Yes, they will. But a charge is added to bill.
