Hey Tina. It’s disappointing when your Amana® Washer doesn't work like it's supposed to. We would recommend resetting your Washer from the circuit breaker for at least a minute. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry but i think my washer is in demo mode also but i put mine on delicate wash and it washed but I had to go back and put it on drain and spin. I hope that helps a little till someone else can say how to
