“I was washing my clothes and it was on the rinse cycle and I forgot to put softer in it so I opened the lid and put soften in it and I had left the lid open after 10 minutes it drain but all the water has drained out and it keeps sounding like it’s drain”

What you are experiencing is normal. If the lid is open for more than 10 minutes the Washer will drain the water because it thinks you are canceling the cycle. We hope this helps!
