“What do I need to do in order for the washer to run through the full cycle? When I put it on auto sense and normal it will wash and then I have to get up and put it on each different part of the cycle it doesn’t just go run through from wash to rinse etc”

Hi Tiredmommy, we are sorry to hear you are having issues. If it seems the unit isn't completing cycles, you will need to reboot the unit by either unplugging it or shutting it down at the breaker for 90 seconds. Once the unit has powered back up, we suggest running the "clean washer" cycle if you haven't run one or it has been 30 cycles since running.
