Is the tub suppose to move around ? null

Hi - just purchased and mine does too.

Judy, yes, the tub of this Washer is supposed to move.

Not sure what you mean by this …..is the tub vibrating? I would phone the Best Buy store and request to speak to the Geeks....they will deal with this if the machine has to be replaced...maybe something is loose and just needs a small tightening?!

Yes. Caught me off guard but this washer works really great.
