“It doesn’t seem to agitate. Is there something that I should have done while installing?”

Hello KK. We are terribly sorry to hear about your concern. We would recommend contacting Amana at 866-616-2664. We are available Monday & Tuesday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Wednesday through Friday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. They will be better able to assist you.

It has auto sensors so it is slow filling up. But once it’s full and washing, it’s not as aggressive as older models. It still should be moving inside tho. Otherwise I would contact support.

Right, my washer barely agitates either. I hate that you have to close the lid in order for the machine to fill. There’s also no place to add fabric softener either only bleach. Sucks!
