• It has auto sensors so it is slow filling up. But once it’s full and washing, it’s not as aggressive as older models. It still should be moving inside tho. Otherwise I would contact support.

• Right, my washer barely agitates either. I hate that you have to close the lid in order for the machine to fill. There’s also no place to add fabric softener either only bleach. Sucks!
