“I recently bought this machine. Why is the final spin cycle so long?”

• With a long final spin cycle the clothes are really “dry” before going into the dryer which means shorter drying times. A shorter drying time is more forgiving on the fabric, slows color fading, AND consumes less energy! Win-win-win in my book!

• wish my washer would do that. It's putting too much water in the washer. the clothes are soggy when done. Costing me more on water bill and gas for the dryers. Just got washer last week.

• To make sure excess water is drained so dryer doesn’t over work and wear out the dryer
