That happened to mine. We tried fixing it but just bought another one. We tried new cycles several times but the same thing kept happening. I unplugged it and plugged it back several times. Gave it a few days and still, the same thing was happening. I was left with damp clothes every time. We kept our old one for extra parts just in case.

Please try again later.Hi Stacy, we suggest either shutting the unit off at the breaker or unplugging it for 90 seconds (don't go over 90 seconds), then restoring power and running the "Clean Washer with Affresh" cycle. (This is run with the unit empty) After it completes the cycle, go ahead and try a load of laundry and see if this corrected the issue.
