Hello! We are sorry to hear about your concerns with your coil elements. For cleaning of the coil elements we recommend Damp cloth: Make sure control knobs are OFF and elements are cool. Do not clean or immerse in water. Soil will burn off when hot. If you are wanting the Affresh appliance cleaner for the control panel and oven door.
