“I got the range today, and we plugged the cord and the burners lights up but the lights on the panel don’t , is there away to turn it on or is it an issue with the range?”

I did not have that problem. There's probably a problem with the range & I am not aware of a way to get it to turn on. You can check the manual that came with it for possible answers.
