Hi there, you can factory reset the Band 7 if you want to reset the date and time. Swipe up from the main watch dial to bring up the app list. Scroll down to Settings -> System to reset it. Please note you will need to pair it again to the Zepp app to set it up again. Michael | Amazfit Support
